Manî Apparel – Returns & Exchanges Policy



At Manî Apparel, every piece is created intentionally and produced on demand. This allows us to reduce waste and maintain exclusivity across our collections.


Because each item is made specifically for you, we operate a structured returns policy outlined below.





1. Made-To-Order Policy



All Mani Apparel products are made to order. For this reason:


  • We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.

 

We strongly encourage customers to review our size guide carefully before purchasing.


 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives:


  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect item received

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at maniapparel4l@gmail.com


Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

 

Once verified, we will provide:

  • A replacement at no extra cost, or
  • A store credit (if preferred)

We are committed to delivering quality and will resolve genuine issues quickly.

 

3. Fit Support Guarantee



While we do not offer size-based returns, we understand sizing concerns.


If your item does not fit as expected, contact us and we may offer:


  • A one-time loyalty discount on a replacement order.

 

Our goal is long-term relationship over one-time transactions.

 

4. Cancellations

 

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

After production begins, cancellations are not possible.

 

5. Limited Drops & Exclusive Releases

 

Items purchased during limited drops or exclusive releases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
