These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Manî Apparel website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Overview

Manî Apparel is a made-to-order clothing brand. All products are produced upon purchase to maintain exclusivity and reduce overproduction.


By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Sale.


2. Product Information

 

We make every effort to display product colours, sizing, and details as accurately as possible. However:


  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • Fit may vary slightly depending on body type.
  • Measurements are approximate.



Customers are responsible for reviewing size guides before purchasing.

 


3. Pricing & Payment

 

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).
  • Prices may change at any time without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.



If a pricing mistake occurs, you will be notified and offered the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

 

4. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance.


We reserve the right to:


  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions

 

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

 

5. Production & Delivery

 

All items are made to order. Production typically begins shortly after purchase.


Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.


We are not responsible for:


  • Courier delays
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

 

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to our made-to-order model:


  • We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

 

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:


  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Photo evidence is required.
  • Approved claims will result in a replacement or store credit.

7. Cancellations

 

Orders may only be cancelled within a short window before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.


8. Intellectual Property

 

All designs, logos, graphics, and branding elements are the property of Manî Apparel.


You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:


  • Manî Apparel shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our liability shall not exceed the total purchase price of the item ordered.

 

Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

10. Governing Law


These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
