At Manî Apparel, every piece is produced on demand to reduce waste and maintain exclusivity. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.





1. Processing Time



All items are made to order.


  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • During high-volume drops: up to 7 business days



Production begins shortly after your order is placed. Once production starts, orders cannot be modified.

 

2. Shipping Timeframes



After production, estimated delivery times are:


United Kingdom: 5-10 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

International: 7–15 business days


These are estimates, not guarantees.

 


3. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Weight
  • Courier rates



Occasional free shipping promotions may apply.


 

4. Tracking Information

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to activate.

 

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)



International customers are responsible for:


  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Duties

 

These charges are not controlled by Mani Apparel and are not included in product pricing.


 

6. Incorrect Address

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.


If an incorrect address is entered:


  • We are not liable for lost packages.
  • Reshipping fees may apply.

 

Please double-check your address before completing checkout.



 

 

7. Delays & Lost Parcels


We are not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Courier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing



If a parcel appears lost, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.


 

 

8. Marked as Delivered but Not Received


If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:


  • Check with neighbours or safe spaces.
  • Contact your courier directly.
  • Then contact us within 7 days.


Manî Apparel is not responsible for stolen packages once marked delivered.


 

9. Split Shipments

 

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product type or warehouse location.
